Storyline 360 

About: This interactive, e-learning experience serves as a training scenario for new and current employees at a craft store. Through a series of learning modules, employees are acquainted with the latest craft and given the resources needed to answer customer inquiries.

Design Process Deliverables

About
The following resources were designed with the intent to solve a problem for a delivery service company.

Problem
Jungle Delivery (a fictitious client) has noticed their delivery drivers are not following delivery procedures, leading to inconsistencies in delivery services. Financially, the company is now suffering from the expenditure of redelivering products and unsatisfied customers canceling their delivery subscriptions. 

Goal
Improve Customer Satisfaction

Measure
Formal customer complaints will decrease by 20% in one annual year as delivery drivers accurately and consistently deliver products 

Action Mapping

With stakeholders and developers, the action mapping process was used to define business goals, identify actions necessitated to achieve those goals, design activities that align with those goals, and identifying the baseline knowledge needed to perform the desired tasks.  CLICK IMAGE TO VIEW -->

Project Planning

This project plan detailed the information necessary to initiate the development phase of the project. This document included:

eLearning Development Timeline

A project timeline was developed and distributed to stakeholders. A project timeline states each, specific task of a project. This timeline includes due dates and the responsible party for each task. This document provides a holistic view of a project from start to finish and ensures that all parties are aware of what they need to do and when they need to do it. 

Storyboard

A storyboard outlines each slide, scene-by-scene. The storyboard includes narration, learner interactions, and suggested graphics. The storyboard was subjected to two review cycles to ensure that the project aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Job Aid

A job aid checklist was distributed to delivery drivers, following training, to allow all drivers to reference delivery best practices as necessary. Though this job aid format was a checklist, job aids can be created to serve any on-the-job need.
